Download magazine fails

Purchased November 2011 issue and when trying to Download it fails with the message: Cannot Install Item. Restart the app, download your purchase again.

Restarting the app does not work at all. The support page link provided on the app store doesnt help at all and theres no help page or a way to get your money back.

Dont waste your money on this.
